Implementation
Implementation is billed hourly. This covers initial setup of hImport, integrating with your company’s data structures for both queuing and exporting, and basic training so your team can onboard suppliers confidently.
Add‑ons and custom work
Add‑ons or product modifications are billed hourly. We’re happy to scope bespoke connectors, data transforms, or UI extensions that match your internal processes.
License
Once hImport is set up and integrated, the program is yours to keep forever. You only pay for Support & Updates annually. If you choose not to renew, you can continue using hImport without support or updates.
